Breath of Fire II [GBA] (no exp) - Shupukay

The ninteenth video of a Breath of Fire II [GBA] no experience playthrough. We fight Shupukay.

This game is played normally with the exception that our characters will never level up, leaving them at their lowest levels, which are as follows:

Ryu - 1
Bow - 1
Katt - 6
Rand - 6
Nina - 8
Sten - 8
Jean - (will check later)
Spar - 12

Shupukay, or sometimes Shupkay. Anyway, well, so, after this fight the game sort of crashes. Is it the ROM, the emulator? - I don’t know. So I’m stuck until this gets figured out. I might have a solution though.
